ILA Nigeria
The International Law Association (ILA) Nigeria branch provides visionary leadership on international law in Nigeria. It is a leading platform and intellectual space for Nigerian scholars and practitioners to unearth, analyze and resolve important questions in public and private international law, international diplomacy, and global governance. About the Committee
- Promotes discussions on safe, orderly, and regular migration.
- Facilitates cooperation and collaboration among states, international organizations, and other stakeholders on migration governance.
- Advocates for the development of international legal frameworks and guidelines for migration regulation.
- Supports research and analysis on migration law and policy and producing reports and other publications on these topics.
- Organizes conferences, workshops, and other events to discuss and address issues in migration and the law.
- Provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and information among experts and practitioners in the field of migration and the law.
- Supports the work of the ILA Committee on International Migration and International Law.
